BAND-UH: California Aggie Marching Band is one of the proudest, most spirited and best loved organizations on the UC Davis campus. Committed to representing the university and supporting the UC Davis student athletes, the band has been an important part of the campus spirit and tradition since its establishment in 1929.

Dank Ocean: Born in the department of Music at UC Davis, Dank Ocean has risen to become one of Davis’ favorite bands. Starting originally as a trio, the group now has six members playing the smoothest instrumental music this side of Sacramento. With a blend of jazz, funk, Latin rhythms and horn melodies your face is sure to be melted.

Yolo Mambo: Yolo Mambo has been impressing audiences in Northern California for over six years with their unique multicultural blend of World Music and Jazz. Their trans-global rhythms will transport you to Brazil, Cuba, Peru, Cape Verde, France, Spain, New Zealand, and North America.

Dazzle yourself with fabulous local designers fashion show featuring Kombucha Couture, Nawal Hassouneh, Anel Zarate, and Judy Wu…

Kombucha Couture: Kombucha Couture has transformed the art of fermenting green tea with Symbiotic Colony of Yeast and Bacteria (Scoby) into live clothing and fashion. The passion and understanding of the Kombucha culture has created sustainable fabric that could be used in developing countries as well as in haute and daily couture. This combination of alchemy and fashion has led to the creation of a versatile fabric that can mimic leather, canvas, silk or butterfly wings.

Nawal Hassouneh: Asfurah By Nawal Hassouneh is a fusion of fashions combining old-world Muslim charm and chic American style clothing. Asfurah (awes-foo-rah) meaning bird was founded in 2011, this clothing line sets the latest trends in Islamic clothing. All clothing is hand made in California, with fabric from local business owners.

Anel Zarate: Fashion designer Anel Zarate explores the possibilities of apparel design by creating hand-dyed fabrics and experimenting with unique materials like electronics and ceramics. Currently her collection (Electro-Oaxaca) incorporates electroluminescent wire and hand-dyed fabrics to bring to life the intricate patterns of traditional Mexican embroidery

Judy Wu: Fairytales and happy ending are what inspired this collection. With the combination of delicate tulle, soft satin, sheer chiffon and wispy organza, Whimsical haven features elegant wedding dresses fit for a fairytale wedding. The hand-sewn lace appliques on tulle create unique illusions adding to the overall design of each individual piece, making them nothing short of one of a kind.
